Starting in place of Lamar Jackson, who missed the game with an ankle injury, Huntley helped Baltimore recover after two consecutive possessions had ended without a first down. According to the team's account, Atlanta moved eight points ahead with 2:31 remaining. Baltimore then covered 71 yards in six plays, finishing with Huntley's seven-yard touchdown pass to Devontez Walker. Derrick Henry took the snap for the successful two-point conversion that levelled the score.

Baltimore won the overtime coin toss and elected to receive. Huntley guided a 14-play, 68-yard possession and finished it with a quarterback sneak for the Ravens' first lead of the game. Hamilton then intercepted Tua Tagovailoa on Atlanta's ensuing possession. Tagovailoa had replaced Michael Penix Jr., who left late in the fourth quarter after a hit from Baltimore outside linebacker Tavius Robinson.

Huntley completed 24 of 32 passes for 201 yards, throwing two touchdown passes and adding the rushing score. His final 11 pass attempts were all completed. In the club's reporting, coach Jesse Minter praised the confidence his players had in their backup quarterback and said Huntley grew more assured as the stakes increased. The win was Huntley's third consecutive victory as a starter, a sequence stretching back to the 2025 season.

Baltimore also made substantial gains on the ground against a defence that had entered the game allowing an NFL-best 48.3 rushing yards per outing. The Ravens finished with 208 rushing yards. Henry supplied 102 on 24 carries, while Justice Hill gained 73 on only four attempts. Henry also caught an 18-yard touchdown pass during the third quarter.

The result left Baltimore leading the AFC North through five weeks. Its next game is another road assignment, against division rival Cleveland. The Browns stand at 3-2 after losing 17-12 to the New York Jets in Week 5.
